Fight & Fit
Combination of martial arts with endurance and strength training. Diversification of each training unit will not let you get bored even for a moment! Your valuable time will be used 100%. Each workout is divided into 3 segments: warm-up, Fight, Fit.
Warm-up – selected appropriately for you, dynamic with stretching exercises will prepare your body for proper training and reduce the occurrence of injuries to a minimum.
Fight – in this part I will teach you the techniques appropriate for each of the styles on offer. You will acquire basic skills or improve the existing ones.
Fit – in this part I will improve your figure and take care of the development of your physical condition by selecting exercises and load appropriate to your abilities. Free weights, body weight and training accessories are used in training.
It doesn’t matter if you are a total beginner or a competitor. This training is for you!
